[Video] Why I don’t have kids…

Several people shared a video on Facebook and my jaw dropped on the floor when I saw it. Imagine being home as a mom with two little boys aged 1 and 3 and you need a bathroom break because you don’t feel very well. That’s also the reason you are there a bit longer than usual. This is what you see when you return to see what your toddlers are doing:

I am amazed that the woman didn’t keel over. That was what I would have done. The “What’s the matter, mommy” is priceless. And the “It’s like a snowman puked all over my living room.”

    I think she fell asleep and just doesn’t want to admit it. I think this because I did that once when my boys were very young and it was SUPER hard to admit I’d fallen asleep. They destroyed almost everything I’d had in the fridge by taking it all into their room and just going to town with it. Was humiliating, infuriating and I have to be honest and say I’ve never seen the ‘funny’ in it. Thing is, sometimes it just happens I guess. Even to the best of folks out there … we’re all human, right?

      It somehow feels fake. I don’t doubt it that the kids had fun with flour, but I would keel over instead of looking for a video camera to shoot the footage saying ‘oh boy’ and ‘oh my gosh’ in a mellow voice over and over again. But maybe I am too suspicious.
